Description
Original Handwritten Viet Cong Propaganda Poster brought back by Major Edward J. Wages, USMC (3rd MarDiv, Vietnam 1965-66) Combat Engineer land clearing. The VC message is written in blue marker on lined paper. The translation is "Stop your dishonorable support of the Americans (My) and join the revolution for real glory." Hand written VC propaganda examples are very hard to find, as most GI's could not read them, thus they were not brought back. Major Wages saw the message posted along the road and asked a Vietnamese worker what it said. That's why this example is available for your Vietnam exhibit.Helicopters in Vietnam 1967 Ed Valigursky Color artwork
